New features, our new VR video player, and more.

Hi, we’re very excited to share what you can expect with v19 of LeadMe Edu.

Among general stability improvements and fixes are some great new features, such as a section for curated content, a brand new VR video player, and seamless file transfer to Learner devices.

This update will be released on Wednesday the 8th of June, so make sure to set aside time to update your devices before your next session.

✨NEW - LeadMe VR Player

The VR player companion app to LeadMe Edu allows teachers and facilitators to select a VR video or 360° image on the Leader’s device to be played on the Learner’s device. If the Learner doesn’t have the video file, it can be transferred to them. For larger files, this may take a few minutes.

✨NEW - File Transfer

Send files from the Leader’s device to the Learner’s devices. To use this feature, it needs to be turned on in the settings of the leader device.

To enable, enter the options screen and toggle on Allow File Transfer.
