LeadMe now with improved performance
LeadMe inside a Lumination Learning Lab now has a new update available to users. This update includes improvements to the QA tool for Lab installations and improved performance within the Lab.

Improved Performance
LeadMe now has improved performance inside a Lumination Learning Lab. Now offering reduced load on station and minimizing of VR processes so your Lab can run better.
QA Tool Upgrades
The QA Tool now offers additional tests when installing a Lumination Learning Lab. This will make it quicker for LeadMe to be installed in a Lab.
Support Update
For Labs not connected to the internet the ‘Submit a Ticket’ option in troubleshooting has been disabled. Users will need to log support tickets via the Support section on the website.
Remote Configuration
LeadMe now offers remote configuration for our IT Support team. This allows LeadMe to be set up remotely.
Fixes
A bug is now fixed that would cause LeadMe to crash when the software restarted.
